Payment Terms

Payment is made via two stages as follows:
25% on Reservation
75% Plus Damage Deposit 45 days prior to check-in
Payment is made via debit/credit card for which receipts will be provided.

Security/Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of £250.00 per booking will be taken. The damage deposit will be fully refunded usually within 14 days of the end of your stay provided the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to illegal activity.
• All rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish
• No items are broken or missing or unusable due to damage or loss. Bins and soiled disehes etc are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• All keys are returned to the key box and key left in the keysafe.
• No lines are lost or damaged

Cancellation Policy

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid, if they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in they will receive 50% otherwise they will not get a refund.
Holidaymakers must cancel by 11:59pm on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property’s time zone.

Maximum Overnight Guests

As per those stated on the individual rental property details.

Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25.

Children

All of our rental properties allow and are suitable for children.

Disabled Guests

Please contact us for information regarding accessibility for any disabled guests prior to booking.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in any of our rental properties.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties.

Falsified Bookings

Any booking obtained under false pretences will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment, deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
